However, the price of gold shows a high level of volatility. This paper aims to explore the use of Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) in evaluating and ranking the Malaysian gold price fluctuation factors. Nevertheless, there are not many researches have been done on FAHP method in gold price analysis. Hence, FAHP as tools of measurement have been applied to evaluate, compare, and rank the gold price fluctuation factors. Specifically, four factors that contribute to the volatility of gold price are determined from experts. The factors are currency exchange, demand, inflation and mining. Tyre is the only part of the vehicle which is in contact with road. Hence tyre condition should be monitored timely in order to have a safe drive. Tyre wear out occurs because of the parameters such as when the tread limit of tyre is less than 1.6 cm, rubber degradation, when there are around 4 to 5 punctures, bulged tyre. We consider some of the above parameters to assess the wear of tyre using the computer vision techniques such as opencv and convolutional neural networks. Opencv and convolutional neural networks are most used in object detection and image classification. There are two different schools selected namely SMK Sungai Layar and SMK Bandar Sungai Petani. SMK Sungai Layar is a rural school while SMK Bandar Sungai Petani is an urban school. The objectives are to determine which schools between urban and rural schools perform better in mathematics subjects and classify students' performance on Mathematics subject using Fuzzy Logic. It is found that the performance of urban school was better than the rural school. As for rural school, the performance was moderate. The percentage of Mathematics value for SMK Bandar Sungai Petani is higher than SMK Sungai Layar. The number of students from an urban school who got a good score was double from the number of students from rural schools. In this paper, the forecast of the enrolment of pre-primary, primary, secondary, and tertiary schools in Malaysia is carried out using fuzzy time series approaches. A fuzzy time series model is developed using historical dataset collected from the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) from the year 1981 to 2018.&nbsp; A complete procedure is proposed which includes: fuzzifying the historical dataset, developing a fuzzy time series model, and calculating and interpreting the outputs. The accuracy of the model are also examined to evaluate how good the developed forecasting model is. Every nurse could not avoid shift work schedule since their services are very important towards the patients in the hospital. The major objective of the study is to propose a cyclical nurse scheduling in the Coronary Care Unit (CCU) at Shah Alam hospital using Goal Programming. It is to help the head nurse to spend less effort on building new schedules periodically and increase the satisfaction among nurses by providing fairness towards their schedules. There were nine hard constraints and three soft constraints for the nurse scheduling model. The results presented the optimal solution where all goals were achieved thus, it provided a fair schedule for 15 nurses in 15 days. Then, the schedule pattern was rotated among nurses based on the 15 schedules set in 225 days. The first schedule set will be used by the nurse for the first 15 days, then will be continuously rotated for another 15 days until all the nurses reached and experienced every 15 sets of the schedule. Based on the past semi-annually reports of examination post-mortems meeting, less than 10% of the invigilators were unhappy with the examination duties that have been assigned or appointed to them. The examination committee members who are responsible in the process of assigning the invigilation duties to each invigilator had given a lot of effort and spent a few weeks to ensure that everybody is happy with the invigilation duties assigned to them. Nevertheless, despite the excellent planning of invigilation duties assignment, it cannot make everybody satisfied. Thus, a web-based application system named Examination Invigilation Management Systems (ExIMS) has been developed using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall model methodology to meet the need of invigilation duties exchanged among invigilators or applicants. This system has been developed to control and cross check the request of invigilation duties exchanged using the algorithm named multi selection control. The algorithm could avoid any conflicts or anomalies that could happen after the exchange of duty has been made. The process of duty exchange is examined and verified automatically by the system. The system provides a platform for users or invigilators to give their views or opinions on the invigilation duties and system features or performance through the online survey. The survey uses the TAM method concentrating on the perceived-ease-of-use (PEOU) component. Based on the survey, 95% respondents reported that they were satisfied with the platform for duty exchange among invigilators. The users can easily and flexibly select the new duties, which will be automatically and mutually swapped among invigilators. The different environment between school and university studies will pose a significant impact on the learning style of students. The objectives of this study are to analyse the most preferred learning style among first-year diploma students in Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Perlis Branch and compare the preferred learning style among male and female students using the Fuzzy Logic System. There were nine variable inputs in determining the fuzzy logic learning styles which are reading likeness, by nature, thinking time, speaking rate, activity level, activity enjoyment, visual distraction, auditory distraction and using instruction to obtain the VARK (visual, auditory, read/write, kinaesthetic) learning styles output. The results showed that 32% of the students prefers visual learning styles based on the VARK questionnaire while for the fuzzy inferences system, 40% of the students prefer visual learning style. Additionally, 45% of male students preferred visual learning styles followed by reading/writing and kinaesthetic learning styles of 20%. Among female students, 34% of them also showed preferred visual learning styles, followed by reading/writing learning styles. The purpose of this study is to find the forecasted value of the actual data of the number of exportations of natural rubber by using Fuzzy Time Series and Artificial Neural Network. This study is also conducted to determine the best model by making comparison between Fuzzy Time Series and Artificial Neural Network. Fuzzy Time Series has allowed to overcome a downside where the classical time series method cannot deal with forecasting problem in which values of time series are linguistic terms represented by fuzzy sets. Artificial Neural Network was introduced as one of the systematic tools of modelling which has been forecasting for about 20 years ago. The error measure that was used in this study to make comparisons were Mean Square Error, Root Mean Square Error and Mean Absolute Percentage Error. It is to find a path with a minimum travelling time. Nowadays, traffic problems have affected many transport users especially in Kuala Lumpur area. The time wasted on the road causes a lot of problems to the users. Furthermore, the costs between two destinations are rather expensive. Therefore, the inability of users to use the shortest path has attracted the researcher to propose several travel alternatives to overcome this problem. In addition, this study will help to improve the efficiency of the road and make people want to use it more often. The objectives of this study are to find the shortest path from Bandar Tun Razak to Berjaya Times Square and to cut down the cost between these two destinations. The time of the shortest path problem and the cost problem are drawn separately. Moreover, Dijkstra algorithm is applied to find the shortest path. The shortest path is calculated by using C programming of Dev C++. Nevertheless, both time and cost of shortest path are constructed in different paths. The time and cost of the journey are described by driving a car from Bandar Tun Razak to Lebuhraya SMART to Kampung Pandan, then Berjaya Times Square. The total time taken is 23 minutes (RM8.00), whereas, the cost is based on the shortest path from Bandar Tun Razak to Taman Maluri to Seasons Tower and Berjaya Times Square. This system has the ability to record all the medical information about a child such as the height, weight, treatments and medical conditions. It also has the ability to record the visits and immunization details, reminder for next visits and immunization appointments. A User Experience (UX) Test were conducted during the study to evaluate the system. User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) is the instrument that is being utilized during the UX Testing to evaluate the user experience quality of a product. UEQ has been divided into six scales which are attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation and novelty. During the UX Testing, the users were given a chance to explore and evaluate the system. The result from the UX Testing indicates that most of the users agree that the system is attractive, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation and novelty. The problem of how a decision made by the referee when coming to an error in football had been issues that being debate. The player or fans did not seem satisfied when referee decide such as a goal or no goal, penalty or no penalty, direct red card, and mistaken identity. Hence, there must be a plan to tackle the problem by using technology, especially in this era. Therefore, as an initial approach, this paper is focusing on developing a design for the ball out detection using the assistants of the IoT (Internet of Things). Correctly, the IoT approach was used for detecting the ball out of play, i.e. from a football match. Note that this proposed design was built based on data obtained from a survey questionnaire conducted with the experts in football and fans of football regarding the ball out of play system.
